Diagnostic Mental Health Assessments
At ANIMA, our Clinical Psychologists are experts in assessing and diagnosing mental health difficulties. These assessments help clarify and gauge symptoms related to mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and others. Sudden behavioural changes or emotional distress might prompt an assessment to identify underlying issues. Assessments also address functional impairment in daily life, guide treatment planning, and respond to concerns raised by friends or family. Some individuals undertake assessments for self-exploration, personal growth, or gaining insight into their thoughts and behaviours. If you (or you referrer) feel that you may benefit from a one off diagnostic mental health assessment, please don't hesitate to contact us and our friendly reception team will walk you through the process.
