Eloise is a Clinical Psychologist who completed her Masters in Applied Psychology (Clinical) at Murdoch University. Eloise has worked in both private, and not-for-profit organisations.
Eloise is an approachable therapist who provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for people to build insight into their current struggles and facilitate positive change. She aims to alleviate psychological distress by building a positive therapeutic relationship. Her work is person-centred, empathic, reflective, and collaborative.
Eloise has experience working with both adolescents and adults with a range of presentations including depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and eating disorders. Eloise draws upon a variety of evidence-based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and EMDR.
She works with neurodiverse individuals and those diagnosed with intellectual disability, including those who have expressive speech difficulties. Eloise works with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse communities and is LGBTQI+ affirmative.
Outside of the office, Eloise enjoys spending time with her pets, friends, and family. She enjoys spending time at the beach paddle boarding and enjoys recommendations to explore new cuisines.
