Life can be incredibly challenging sometimes. Despite the adversity so many of my patients have faced, I am continually amazed by their remarkable capacity for resilience and growth. I believe that everyone has within them the strength to overcome life’s challenges and achieve a sense of peace. My passion (and privilege) lies in helping people navigate through their unique challenges and empowering them to embrace the strength that already lies within them.

My therapeutic style is generally authentic, and I balance compassion with encouragement to help my patients move towards their goals. I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where my patients feel safe to share their experiences, and individualise my approach based on their unique needs. Some of the modalities I draw from include Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, MCT, and DBT.

With experience in both hospitals and community settings, I’ve worked with adolescents and adults with a range of mental health and neurodevelopmental difficulties, including anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, autism, and ADHD. I have a particular interest in the intersection of mental health difficulties and neurodivergence and enjoy helping my patients discover how to navigate the challenges that come with both.

Outside of my professional life, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends (usually somewhere near the beach). I have a passion for learning and often find myself wanting to tackle too many hobbies at once. Whether it's by trying different activities or finding new ways to enjoy life, I am always seeking out experiences that bring fulfillment.
